Dr. Samuel Donkor is the Senior Pastor of All Nations Full Gospel Church, which is one of the fastest growing churches in Toronto. Dr. Donkor was called into ministry by a special divine visitation, and in obedience left every aspiration to pursue the plan and will of God for his life. As a result, about 24 years ago he founded All Nations Full Gospel Church Toronto, which now has branches in Hamilton, Durham region, Ottawa, Kitchener, Oakville, Montreal, Barrie, Peterborough, Halifax, Vancouver, Calgary, London, Windsor, Edmonton, Quebec, St. Catharines, Winnipeg, Dallas, Detroit, Milton Keynes, Norway and Ghana. There is also a Tamil congregation, a Soutb Asian congregation and a Spanish congregation in Toronto.

Dr. Donkor combines in-depth teaching of the Word of God with the apostolic gift to build up the Body of Christ. He is a leader to leaders conducting yearly Ministers conferences in Africa and other parts of the world: training others to take up the challenge of ministry. His travels have taken him to England, India, United Arab Emirates, U.S.A., Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Korea, Russia, Norway, Colombia and many other countries.

Under the leadership of Dr. Donkor, the church emphasized the Cell Ministry geared towards winning souls, making disciples and forming godly leadership.

His lovely wife Rev. Rose Donkor ministers alongside her husband. Their exploits in ministry include the All Nations University in Ghana, under the auspices of All Nations International Development Agency (ANIDA).

Dr. Samuel and Rev. Rose Donkor are blessed with four children, Rev. David, Paul, Samuel Jr. and Hadassah.
